   It's also a good time to connect with your lender and update your mortgage pre-approval with the WHA.
2. Learn more about the new WHA Rental Buildings coming in 2024.
   Ownership Waitlist Applicants are welcome to join the WHA Rental Waitlist anytime; your Ownership Waitlist position is not impacted if you accept a Rental Unit. It's a great way to ensure you have housing security while you wait to buy your first home.
