New Buyer Information

When an Employee Housing unit is sold through the Employee Housing Ownership Program it is offered to the Ownership Waitlist in the order to which the applications were received. 

Waitlist applicants can prepare for buying through the WHA
Ownership Program by reviewing the WHA Buyer's Guide to understand the sales process for when the opportunity comes to purchase a home through the WHA.  Waitlist applicants are encouraged to speak with their lender and seek legal advice ahead of purchasing through the WHA Ownership Program. 

Once a new buyer has purchased through the Employee Housing Program, they need to follow the covenants registered on title and complete an annual occupancy declaration.
