Before you begin your Rental Application, please ensure you have the following recent documents in a digital format ready to upload into your application. Once you have all your recent documents ready you can apply to the rental program using the Apply Now button at the bottom of the page.

Rental rates start at $2,455. You can use the rental rate calculator to get details on what your household rental rate will be.

Canadian Passport, PR Card, PR Application Confirmation or Canadian birth certificate
Required from the primary applicant
T1 GENERAL TAX RETURN
Most recent tax years return including all schedules (not a summary or condensed version)
Required from each household member over the age of 19
NOTICE OF ASSESMENT
Notice of Assessment confirmation receipt from the most recent tax year
Required from each household member over the age of 19
WHISTLER EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATION
An employment letter, recent paystub or self-employment verification including your Whistler business license
Required from the primary applicant
