The Whistler Housing Authority (WHA) is an independent municipally owned corporation of the Resort Municipality of Whistler created to oversee the development, administration and management of employee restricted housing in Whistler. Embracing the goal of housing at least 75 per cent of employees locally within Whistler, the WHA continues to maintain and augment its inventory of employee restricted housing so that both rental and ownership accommodation are available and affordable for local income earners and retirees in perpetuity.

LAND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
The Whistler Housing Authority gratefully and respectfully acknowledges that our workplace and inventory of employee homes are located in the unceded territory of the Sk̲wx̲wú7mesh (Squamish) and L̓il̓wat7úl (Lil’wat) Nations. We respect and commit to a deep consideration of their history, culture, and stewardship of the land we now know as Whistler.
