Wait times are based on recent turnovers and are not a guaranteed time for new Waitlist applicants. They are intended to be a general indicator of wait times for the Rental Program.

Wait times are updated periodically to give new applicants in the Rental Program a better understanding of how long it may take to be housed in the Rental Program. Approved applicants can view their specific waitlist ranking in the Rental Program through their Member Login.
