The Whistler Housing Authority shall not use or disclose personal information for purposes other than those for which it was collected (ex. administering Employee Housing Programs), except with the consent of the individual or as required by law. Information and / or documentation provided to either Employee Housing Program (Rental or Ownership Programs) can be cross referenced and used for both programs. Whistler Housing Authority shall retain personal information only
as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those purposes or as required or permitted by law.

Only Whistler Housing Authority employees and third parties with a business need to know, or whose duties reasonably so require, are granted access to personal information about individuals.

Whistler Housing Authority shall maintain reasonable and systematic controls, schedules and practices for records retention and destruction which apply to personal information that is no longer necessary or relevant for the identified purposes or required or permitted by law to be retained. Such information shall be destroyed or erased.

Property Listings, Rental Listings, and other data available on this site is intended for the private, non-commercial use by individuals. Any commercial use of any data in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, is specifically forbidden except with prior written authorization  from the Whistler Housing Authority.

The Whistler Housing Authority makes no representations about the suitability of the data or graphics published on this site. The information is deemed reliable, but not guaranteed. The Whistler Housing Authority shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of this site.
