Rental Rates and Calculator

WHA rental rates are based on 30% of the applicant’s gross annual household income (with minimum and maximum rental rates for each property). Use the Rental Rate calculator below to get an indication of your rental rate for WHA rental properties. Final rents will be confirmed at the time of lease signing.

Please note that this estimation is not a final rent calculation. Your rental rate will be determined upon the submission and review of all required documentation and will be recorded in any tenancy agreement should you be offered a tenancy with the Whistler Housing Authority.

Rental Rates do not include parking or other fees. Some buildings may include limited utilities.

Minimum and Maximum Rents are subject to change and are typically updated annually.
