Sitka & Cedar are the WHA's newest rental buildings.

The Sitka Building, located on the left of the property, features 12 Studio units, 20 One-Bedroom units, 12 Two-Bedroom units and 8 Three-Bedroom units.  The Cedar Building, located on the right of the property, features 12 Studio units, 20 One-Bedroom units and 12 Two-Bedroom units.  

The property has an underground parkade that connects the two building, common laundry and is pet friendly.
