The buyers of the 14 townhouses came from the WHA Ownership Waitlist and 50% of the buyers opened up other Employee Housing opportunities in the inventory, such as:
- Three buyers at The Landing moved out of WHA rental units, which were rented to other applicants on the WHA Rental Waitlist
- Four buyers at The Landing moved out of smaller WHA ownership units. These units have since sold to other applicants on the WHA Ownership Waitlist
