The Landing — WHA's newest Employee Ownership Townhouses

The Landing welcomed its first new owners home in April 2025.

The 14 employee-restricted townhouses have three-bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, balcony, storage space, in-home laundry, and a single-car garage. The complex is conveniently located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Nordic, close to amenities, transit, and parks. Units range in size from 1,370 sq ft to 1,400 sq ft.

The buyers of the 14 townhouses came from the WHA Ownership Waitlist and 50% of the buyers opened up other Employee Housing opportunities in the inventory, such as:

  • Three buyers at The Landing moved out of WHA rental units, which were rented to other applicants on the WHA Rental Waitlist
  • Four buyers at The Landing moved out of smaller WHA ownership units. These units have since sold to other applicants on the WHA Ownership Waitlist
