The completion of 1475 Mount Fee Road next summer will mark the largest number of WHA rental homes coming available at one time, with 24 studio apartments, 40 one-bedroom apartments, 32 two-bedroom apartments and 8 three-bedroom apartments across two buildings, totaling 104 rental units for Whistler’s workforce.
With 40 two and three-bedroom units designed to meet the needs of families with dependents or groups of qualified roommates, wait times will be significantly shorter for these new WHA homes. There is no better time to join the WHA Rental Waitlist.

The WHA is accepting waitlist applications for this new rental project, and any other units in the Employee Housing Inventory. Interested households are strongly encouraged to apply early. Priority is given to those who have been on the Rental Waitlist the longest, but not all Waitlist Applicants express interest in every housing opportunity.
The WHA will begin tenancy review for this project in Spring 2026, with opportunities for Waitlist Applicants to review floor plans in advance.
